RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email (email@example.com).
If you have any issues with the item you received, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and description of the issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your balance.
If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
