Please allow 1-3 weeks of processing time after you have placed your order. All products are made to order.

SHIPPING DELIVERY

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Shipping times vary depending on where you live. 

USPS Standard First Class shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. 
USPS Priority shipping usually takes about 2-3 business days. UPS Ground shipping usually takes about 2-5 business days. 

Please note: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic there may potentially be delays in shipping times. 

Orders over $79 have free standard shipping!

Viable NYC is not responsible for packages lost in transit or after they have been delivered by USPS or UPS. If your package is lost in transit or after being delivered, you will need to file a claim with USPS or UPS.
